You can always reach out to us with any questions, but here are some FAQs just in case...

Do I have to refrigerate the bottles? Yes, this is a fresh product.

How long do they last? There is a "best by" date printed on the bottle. Your mix will be freshest for 21-30 days after opening. 

Can I freeze them? Yes you can! Because our bottles are pre-proportioned and partially full, they will not burst when frozen. 

Do these mixes contain alcohol? No! We highly recommend trying our mixes with soda water to enjoy as a delicious mocktail. We love that our mamas can continue enjoying their favorite Simple Sips throughout their pregnancy!

Why are the bottles partially fullWe fill our bottles with the perfect proportion of mix, so all you have to do is fill the bottle with the recommended liquor and enjoy! No measuring, no mixing, no hassle, it's simple. Pour, shake and enjoy!

Why are some bottles more full than others? Since each recipe calls for a different ratio of mix per ounce of alcohol, each cocktail flavor will be filled to a different level in the bottle. This is purposeful, not a mistake.

How do you ship a refrigerated product? We use special cold shipping materials and ice packs.

Do I need to be home when my package arrives? Your cocktails they will stay cool until you make it home, but try to bring them in the same day they arrive.

Can I pick up? Yes! Visit one of our retail locations or come meet us at a local market. Check out our "Retail Stores" and "Markets & Events" tabs for details on where you can purchase in-person. Make sure to follow our instagram for the most up to date information, @SimpleSips
