How it works:

2. Fill out the form below: Please include your name, email, company name (if applicable), best phone number to contact you, approximate number of recipients, and gift you are interested in.

3. We will reach out to you: Within 1-2 business days to confirm your order and get any details we need!

FAQs:

Minimum order? 15 multipacks or kits.

Shipping cost? $10 per address for gifts under $100. Gifts over $100 include free shipping.

A personal touch? Yes! We can add a personalized gift message in each gift box. We need the message, your company logo, and we will send you a proof to review..
 
When should I order by? As soon as possible! We typically require at least 2 weeks but, always reach out because there's a good chance can make it happen! Deadline for delivery by Christmas is Friday December 13th.

How do I pay?
Option 1) You will be a sent a secure online payment link for credit cards via email once the order has been placed.

Option 2) We will send you a PDF invoice via email and your company can submit a check. Please note that the check must be received and cleared before shipment is released.

How will they know it's from me? We will automatically include a packing slip with your name or your company's name.

How will the recipient know to refrigerate it? There will be a bright colored sticker on the outside of the box and clear instructions included on the inside.

Can I include different multipacks or kits within the same order? There may be an additional fee depending on the request. Please indicate exactly your request when submitting the below form.

Can I use any promo codes on corporate orders? Unfortunately, promo codes and discounts are not applicable on corporate orders.
